Secure hotel set in the very comfortable area. The rooms with a king size bed. Lots of supplies in the room: climate control, a personal safe and a microwave oven. Decent base for exploring Saint Louis.

    Hair in the room.

The service at Element was exceptional, with modern and nice amenities. Our family enjoyed the spacious room and spent a lot of time in the pool and fitness center. The breakfast in the lobby was amazing. We will definitely be looking for an Element hotel for our next stay.

One specific situation that happened to a guest was their card being charged multiple times. Unfortunately, the manager did not believe them at first, but later acknowledged their mistake and promised a refund.

A great place to spend Thanksgiving! The breakfasts were fantastic - full menu and good coffee. , the gym was perfect with a free weight area. the property was well-maintained and clean. The staff was very professional and attentive. It was also convenient to park right in front of the hotel and skip the valet.

The pool was extremely cold - felt like an ice bath. , it would have been helpful to have a sheet with options for takeout in the area.

The double room I stayed in was really big and had a comfortable king-size bed, and the location was amazing, just a short 10-15 minute walk from the Moto Museum.

The breakfast was outstanding! Despite the current situation, they offered a full menu, and the coffee was so good. Plus, the staff was always smiling and attentive, which made us feel welcomed. the fact that we had a kitchen area with the essentials was useful, especially for snacking during the day. the valet parking service was efficient and convenient, especially when we needed to leave in a hurry.

It was located near the bar rooftop, and the chairs and tables scraping against the floor were so loud that it kept waking me up all night.
