The service at Element was exceptional, with modern and nice amenities. Our family enjoyed the spacious room and spent a lot of time in the pool and fitness center. The breakfast in the lobby was amazing. We will definitely be looking for an Element hotel for our next stay.
One specific situation that happened to a guest was their card being charged multiple times. Unfortunately, the manager did not believe them at first, but later acknowledged their mistake and promised a refund.

The breakfast was outstanding! Despite the current situation, they offered a full menu, and the coffee was so good. Plus, the staff was always smiling and attentive, which made us feel welcomed. the fact that we had a kitchen area with the essentials was useful, especially for snacking during the day. the valet parking service was efficient and convenient, especially when we needed to leave in a hurry.
It was located near the bar rooftop, and the chairs and tables scraping against the floor were so loud that it kept waking me up all night.
